Both Saskia Giorgini’s latest Franz Liszt albums “Consolations” and “Harmonies Poétiques et Religieuses” (Pentatone) have been awarded with a Diapason d’Or, selected as Instrumental Choice of the Month in the BBC Music Magazine with a 5 star review, Recording of the Month in International Piano Magazine and twice selected as Critic’s Choice for 2023 in Gramophone Magazine.

She has made other two recordings for Pentatone: an acclaimed Schöne Müllerin and Respighi Songs with tenor Ian Bostridge and has signed a contract for 2 additional Liszt Albums and a Debussy Album, with Pentatone.

Winner of the International Mozart Competition in Salzburg in 2016, where she also got the special prize for the best interpretation of the commissioned work, Saskia Giorgini is also winner of the special Chopin Special Prize at the 2015 Busoni Piano Competition. She is praised for her unerring technique, a beautiful and moving sound, a phrasing full of fantasy and a pure musicality.

Saskia Giorgini has appeared widely in acclaimed recitals and live radio recordings in halls and festivals including the Lingotto–Hall in Turin, Teatro La Fenice in Venice, Concerti del Quirinale in Rome, Meistersingerhalle in Nürnberg, Liederhalle in Stuttgart, Großer Saal Stiftung Mozarteum in Salzburg, Konzerthaus and Muzikverein in Wien, Philharmonia Skt. Petersburg, Tivoli Vredenburg in Utrecht, Eindhoven Muziekgebouw, Utrecht Kamermuziek Festival, MiTo Settembre Musica Festival, Unione Musicale Torino, Vancouver Summer Festival, Warsaw’s Filharmonia Narodowa, Festiwal Katowice Kultura Natura, Seoul Arts Center, Cairo Opera House, Toppan Hall and Suntory Hall in Tokio, Wigmore Hall in London.

She has played together with many orchestras, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Lodz Philharmonic Orchestra in Poland, CBC Radio Orchestra in Canada, under the baton of conductors as Simon Gaudenz, Eliahu Inbal, Mario Bernardi, Antonello Manacorda, Tadeusz Wojciechowski, Antonello Manacorda, Andrea Battistoni, Massimiliano Caldi.

A special affinity for chamber music brings her regularly together with renowned partners: Ian Bostridge, Vilde Frang, Martin Fröst, Janine Jansen, Gilles Apap, Mario Brunello, Thomas Demenga and many others.
