Lene Aadalen Skomedal is a Norwegian horn player from Telemark with an international career. She has performed with leading orchestras and ensembles, such as the London Symphony Orchestra, as well as at chamber music festivals in Norway and abroad, and has a particular fondness for the intimacy, sound and interplay of chamber music.
She occasionally creates yoga concerts where live classical music meets yoga, breath and presence. Audiences are invited to experience the music in a unique way, listening with their whole body and allowing sound and movement to merge. Each yoga concert has its own theme and musical universe, created specifically for each venue and occasion. She also works internationally with breathing, yoga and mental training for musicians, from young students to world-leading performers.
At Fjord Classics she appears both as a chamber musician and presents a yoga concert created especially for the festival.
